January 1-Happy New Year
So I wanted to get online last night to create a happy new year post, but it turns out that Mediacom sucks. Their internet service went out at exactly midnight. I guess it didn't come back on until about 6:00 in the morning. I guess they had a problem with their server switching over for the new year. So, yeah. Mediacom sucks.

Yeah, mediacom sucks all right.
i called 'em last night and demanded that they credit my bill. as many problems as i've had with them (AT LEAST once a month i hafta call them) I'm getting back every penny I can from them when they screw up. Heck, as bad as they are, they should be paying ME every month for putting up with their service!
