We had to add another rule to
Pardytime tonight. (No, it's not the one I
mentioned before...) The new rule is in
red:
---Every time Adam Pardy gets on the ice - 1 drink
---Every time Adam Pardy touches the puck - 1 drink {He can touch the puck multiple times, and it's still only 1 drink,
UNLESS somebody else touches the puck in between the times he touches it. This can get really fun when he's tied up along the boards with someone.}
---Every time Adam Pardy scores a goal - chug the rest of your beer {If it's the third period and they are no longer selling beer, you can chug up to half of your beer. Meaning if you're on the first half of the beer, you chug so you have half of the beer left. If you are on the last half of the beer...sorry you've gotta chug and you don't have any left for the rest of the game.}
---Every time Adam Pardy gets in a fight - chug the rest of your beer {See above note on chugging the rest of your beer}
---Every time Adam Pardy gets in a scrum - 2 drinks {This is a newly added rule. This is for when he's not quite fighting, but there's a lot of pushing around and stuff. We've always taken drinks for it, we've just never had it as an official rule}
---Every time Adam Pardy gets a penalty minute - number of penalty minutes x 2
---Every time the announcer says Adam Pardy's name - 1 drink {So if he gets a penalty...let's say it's just a 2 minute penalty...we take 5 drinks...4 for the penalty minutes x 2, and 1 for the announcer saying his penalty.}
---Every time Adam Pardy gets an assist - 5 drinks
---Every time Adam Pardy checks someone on our glass - 3 drinks {Now this one, Rachel and I always played that if he checks someone OR if someone checks him on our glass, we take the 3 drinks.}
---Every time Adam Pardy gets one of the three stars of the game (at the end of the night) - chug the rest of your beerWell, it looks like I've gotta go chug
2 beers!!! He got a goal tonight AND he got the number two star for tonight. Oh yeah, and the goal was the Teddy Bear Toss goal. :o) Well, I'm gonna go get my drink on for ya, Adam.

That's right. I was wearing my 'Lucky Duck' socks. These were my lucky socks a few years back for the Mallards (or maybe even last year...I started getting a new pair every year, and I lost track of which ones are from when. lol).
I can't believe how much my hair's grown in the past year!
Shorty: Don't let me forget to change my shoes before we go into the game......I'll feel so weird being so short.
If you click on the pic, you can kinda see that the snow is up to 8 inches. I took that measurement in the middle of the yard, so there was a bit of snow from before, but still. That's a lot of snow.
