Yes he did. We're in for more winter weather. (couldn't you tell by the snow storm we had tonight?) lol
ok, so I'm acting like I know what I'm talking about, but it's only cuz I heard on the news. I usually have no clue whether seeing his shadow means there's more winter or that it's over.
