So, I
WAS trying to figure out how I was going to make a Detroit Red Wings scarf for Rachel, and I finally got the yarn for it, I'm just waiting on her approval of the pattern. Anyway, while I'm waiting, I decided to make myself a QC Flames scarf. Now, the stitch I was doing curls at the edges, so I tried putting a border on the scarf to keep it from doing that. Well, that's where my inexperience shines through. lol. I had the scarf
ALMOST done. All I really had to do was the Quad City Flame logo on the end, and I was done. But, it was curling too much, so I took it all out. Yes, you read correctly. Over a week's worth of work, and it's gone. I did keep the logo at the beginning of the scarf in case I ever want to pick it up again. Anyway, here's some pics of what it looked like.

See how it's all curled on the left side? The right side is only flat because I flattened it for the picture. (See how much I had to take out. ugh. That sucks.)

Here's a closeup of the logo.
So anyway, I'm working on a tube scarf with the Quad City Flames logo on it. Maybe I'll post pics when I get a little more done.
