So I was reading some news articles online, when I came across this one. Apparently, they're going to beam a song directly into space. At the North Star (Polaris). I think that's pretty cool.
They suggest everybody listen to it at midnight GMT on Monday night. So is that Monday night/Tuesday morning, or is it Sunday night, Monday morning? I'm guessing it's the first, but I'll try to do both just in case. :o) If I can get up. It'll be 6:00 a.m. here in Central Standard Time. I've just gotta download the song now. Btw, the song is 'Across the Universe' by the Beatles.

so we go outside? and listen? and we should hear "words are falling out like endless rain into a paper cup they slither while they pass they slip their way across the universe?"
that's beautiful...if I can actually hear that coming from the sky...odds are I'll start crying... *sigh* :-)
lol. I don't think you can actually hear it. You're just supposed to show your support by playing the song at that time.
